Welcome to Cordova Psychiatric
Established in 2004, we are a psychiatric clinic that offers general psychiatric services for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics for various conditions. We offer a wide range of services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, Ketamine therapy, Telehealth services, and more. Our mission is to improve the health of Cordova, Tennessee by providing compassionate and consistent care, one patient at a time.
Depression
feelings of severe despondency and dejection, negatively affecting how you feel, the way you think and how you act
Mood Disorders
characterized by the elevation or lowering of a person’s mood, such as depression or bipolar disorder

Mark received his Master of Science degree in nursing with a double major in family medicine and psychiatry from the University of Tennessee, Memphis in June 1999 and is certified through ANCC as an Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Brandi earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Memphis in 2013 and began her career as an RN in the NICU at Regional One Health. She went on to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2020. Brandi is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness.
Renee Mathis is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Her nursing career specialized in critical care nursing for fifteen years, followed by seven years as a psychiatric registered nurse with a Masters Degree in Nursing specializing in Psychiatry. Renee offers a unique and diversified plethora of psychiatric expertise and life experience. Renee continues to enhance her knowledge of psychiatry and life by committing herself to lifelong learning.
Scot received a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Tennessee in psychiatric nursing and holds child/adolescent and adult ANCC board certifications. He has been practicing for over 30-years treating a broad spectrum of patients with mental health problems. His primary focus has been treating children/adolescents, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and as a retired naval officer post-traumatic stress disorder.
